Usage:Gum rosin is an ingredient in printing inks, varnishes, adhesives, soap, paper sizing, soda, soldering fluxes, rubber, sealing wax, paints and coatings (incl. anti-fouling marine paint). Modified rosin products with turmeric and malefic acids (or anhydrides) are used in manufacturing alkyds.
